Our Atlas Care neck stretcher has been supported by a pilot study conducted as a physiotherapist's thesis to investigate the effects of the device in managing headaches and migraines. The survey confirms customer experiences and suggests that the device may be particularly useful in relieving tension headaches.
How was the pilot study conducted?
The study involved 10 volunteers with recurrent headaches but no previous experience using the device. Participants used the device for six weeks and reported their experiences before and after the use period.

✔️ Headache intensity decreased on average from 7.1 → 6.0 (on a VAS scale of 0–10).
✔️ Headache frequency decreased, especially in those suffering from tension headaches.
✔️ The duration of the headache was shortened, and many people experienced faster relief from the headache after using the device.
✔️ Tension in the neck and shoulder area decreased, which improved the smoothness of everyday life.
✔️ The use of painkillers decreased in some participants, which supports the device's role as a drug-free aid.
Customer experiences confirm the findings
The majority of participants found the device useful as part of their headache management. Users reported that the device is easy to use and provides quick relief from neck tightness and tension headaches.

What next?
