Delivery Method and Shipping Costs

Shipping costs include postage and packaging costs. Postage costs start from €4.90. We deliver orders as parcels, which can be tracked using a tracking number. For more information about Posti's parcel options, costs, and transportation methods, visit: http://www.posti.fi/

If you do not collect the package in time, it will be returned to us. A package that has not been collected is not considered a cancellation of the order. We charge delivery and handling costs starting from €8.30 if the package is not collected and is returned to us.

Betalningsförmedlare

Betalningsförmedlingstjänsten utförs och som leverantör står Paytrail Oyj(2122839-7) i samarbete med banker och kreditinstitut. Betalningar med Visa Electron eller MasterCard-kort syns Paytrail Oyj som mottagare i korträkningen och även förmedlar betalningen till köpmannen. Paytrail Oyj har verksamhetstillstånd för betalningsinstitut beviljat av Finansinspektionen. Vid klagomål ber vi er i första hand vara i kontakt med nätbutiken.
